Organic Sichuan Peppercorns

Sichuan pepper is distributed from the southern part of Northeast China in the north,

to the northern slope of Wuling Mountains in the south,

from the coastal areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang in the southeast to the southeast of Tibet in the southwest.  It is found in plains to high-altitude mountains.  The peel of Sichuan pepper can be used as a seasoning, and aromatic oil can be extracted, which can also be used as medicine. The seeds are edible and can also be processed to make soap.
